Since I have my fair share of #bikes, and some of them are quite #ugly, I’ll be making some submissions to @urbanoutfitters #uglybike contest. This is a 1989 #Miyata 312 that was rode hard and put away wet, literally. The chain, chainring, rear sprocket, rear hub bearings, and bottom bracket are completely rusted. However, after I put a tire on the front, it was still rideable (to an extent). I did, however, manage to cover my hands in brittle bar tape whose only purpose is to camouflage the handlebars in a Charlie Chaplin movie. (Taken with Instagram)
